We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Technical Co-Founder to lead the technology vision and drive product development at Nexosr. This is a unique opportunity on the ground floor to create a meaningful product with the potential to impact millions of young Indians.

• Define and take ownership of the technology roadmap and product architecture.
• Lead the development of AI-powered features, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Oversee the entire engineering lifecycle, from MVP to scalable platform deployment.
• Build and manage an engineering team, ensuring best practices in coding, security, and data privacy.
• Collaborate with the founding team on product strategy, user experience, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Present and articulate the technology strategy to investors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Strong background in software architecture of full-stack development with AI / ML, and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience building scalable platforms or Saa S products, preferably in early-stage startups.
• Proficiency in backend development (Python, Node, etc.) and familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Solid understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing tech team.
• Entrepreneurial drive, sense of ownership, and passion for youth-focused challenges.
• Co-founder equity and a leadership position in shaping Nexosr's future.
• Autonomy to define the technology stack and company culture from inception.
• Opportunity to drive large-scale social impact.
• Performance-linked ESOPs and participation in long-term value creation.
• Compensation competitive with industry standards (post-revenue generation and funding).
• Location : Currently Remote / Hybrid, later Bangalore.
• Investment : Minimum INR 25 lakhs preferred through equity; higher participation welcome.
• Requirement : Must have a 12-month self-funded runway.
