Channel Partner / Partnership Manager | K–12 Education | India | Commission Based

Location : Remote (India)

Duration : 1 year flexible engagement

Offer : Commission based earnings with no cap, supported by Hyggex’s full product, training, and demo team

About the Role

We are looking for deeply connected, self driven individuals who are passionate about transforming education. If you have strong ties in the school ecosystem as an educator, school owner, trainer, or community leader and believe in the power of personalized learning, this opportunity is for you.

You will be responsible for helping us bring Adaptmate by Hyggex to more schools in your region by facilitating introductions, building trust, and supporting successful onboarding.

What You Will Do

  • Introduce our platform to schools you know personally or professionally
  • Share demo videos, guide school leadership through the decision making process, and help close the partnership
  • Bring at least one school on board within your first month
  • Represent our mission in your city or network as our trusted voice
  • Coordinate with our central team for product demos, onboarding support, and training

Who You Are

  • A well networked individual in the K–12 school ecosystem (principal, educator, trainer, coach, consultant, CSR lead, or similar)
  • Someone who believes in transforming education not just selling a tool
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building long term relationships
  • Willing to follow up, clarify objections, and drive deals to completion
