About the Role :

Were building a design-first product team on a mission to :

  • Delight users with stunning, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent UI.
  • Craft world-class visuals, interactions, and systems.
  • Reflect both cultural nuance and visual excellence.

Top 3 Daily Tasks :

  • Translate wireframes, user journeys, and product goals into high-fidelity, visually compelling UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure pixel-perfect, production-ready implementation.
  • Build and maintain tokenized design systems, reusable UI components, and micro interaction libraries to elevate the overall visual experience.

    • Minimum Work Experience Required :

  • 4 - 6 years of UI design experience in fast-paced startups or B2C digital products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, elegant UI across mobile and web.

    • Top 5 Skills You Should Possess :

  • Strong command of core visual design principles including typography, color theory, layout, iconography, spacing, and responsive / adaptive design.
  • Advanced expertise in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Proven experience in building, scaling, and maintaining component-based design systems.
  • Ability to design and prototype engaging micro interactions using tools like Lottie, After Effects, or Rive (optional but a plus).
  • Strong ability to quickly translate briefs into polished, production-ready UI - with an awareness of AI-powered design tools and automation workflows to enhance speed and Collaboration Excellence :
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers to ensure seamless integration of functionality and visuals.
  • Partner with front-end developers to bring designs to life accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in design reviews, share feedback, and nurture a high-standard design culture.

  • Emotionally resonant and visually elegant UIs across AjnaLens product suite.
  • Scalable, consistent design systems tailored for culturally diverse audiences.
  • Interfaces that balance beauty, simplicity, and usability rooted in user empathy.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in motion design, micro interactions, or animation.
  • Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines.
  • Experience in AI-enhanced interfaces or use of tools like Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI.
  • Exposure to agile squads and rapid prototyping in product teams.
