Job description
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.- Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly.- Understanding the products and services provided by the company.- Following up with customers for payments through mails and calls.- Coordinate with Courier Agency on delivery and collection of Products and Packages.- Entries of Sales order / Sales Return / New Customer enrollment in ERP- Sending Purchase invoice and Dispatch details to customers.- Coordinating with HO-Supply chain team for Bill request with details.- Assisting the HR department with completing the joining formalities of new employees OTHER REQUIREMENTS- A bachelors degree in administration or a related field- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.- Computer skills.
