What will be needed;a passionate technology practitioner, who is self taught or with bachelors / mastersdegree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years and above of relevant industry experience with a demonstrable showcaseofbuilding performant and scalable B2B and B2C software products
lead and participate in software architecture, automation, and implementation activities,ensuring successful outcomes and all requirements met
team management, monitoring, reporting, and proper and timely project executionassist in task planning, estimation, scheduling and staffingmonitor workflow and risks; play a leadership role in mitigating risks and removingobstacles
mentor junior and mid-level engineersstay on the leading edge of development practices. Initiate and execute research andproof-of-concept activities for new technologies
open minded to take up any challenge, research, and provide solutionsscale the engineering team by active involvement in interviewing, recruiting, and hiringactivities
a good listener, receptive to feedback, and clear in articulating the impact ofengineering outcomes in verbal and visual presentation
collaborate with product and design teams for an accurate implementation of theenvisioned ideas keeping in mind industry best practices for performance, scalability, adaptability, and accessibility
be proficient in developing experiences for multiple platforms (desktop, web, mobile)excellent JavaScript / Typescript skillsstrong proficiency in JS Framework (React, Vue, or / and Angular)proficiency in Backed Technologies (Python, Django, Fast API) Node JSMust have the basic knowledge of Cloud ( AWS, Azure, GCP)good HTML5 / CSS3 skills with expertise on responsive UI developmentdevelopment experience in Micro services using Node.js and TypeScript is plusexperience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, mongoose, aggregationframework, and Redis is plus
knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.familiar with SDLC methodologies like SCRUM, AGILEbe conversant with the digital product industry landscape, the experience technologytrends and its mindful application in your product engineering solutions
have the ability to seamlessly work from remote locations, and with remote cross-functional teams, in an agile environment
