Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Storage Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on expertise in enterprise storage solutions . The ideal candidate should have strong experience with NetApp, EMC, or Pure Storage systems, NFS troubleshooting , mount issues, and related technologies. This role involves working in a 24x7 production environment , providing end-user support, and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for storage and related services in a 24x7 production environment.
• Manage and troubleshoot NetApp, EMC, and Pure Storage systems.
• Resolve issues related to NFS, mounts, access, and backup.
• Perform data cleanup (copy / move / delete), disk permission changes, disk ownership / group access modifications.
• Handle data backup and archival activities as needed.
• Monitor, respond to alerts, and escalate issues where necessary.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to troubleshoot and evolve storage infrastructure.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis.
• Ensure storage and data protection solutions are available, secure, and reliable.
