Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Sales Marketing at Sunrise Efficient Marketing Limited, located in Surat with some work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving growth, formulating sales strategies, and overseeing the marketing efforts. This role includes tasks such as account management, team management, ensuring customer satisfaction, conducting market analysis, and meeting sales targets.

Engineering Qualification & understanding of electric motors business is a must , with relevent exporure & experience .

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
• Proficiency in Account Management and Team Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Proven leadership abilities and strategic thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus
• MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
