About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding and communication, while working closely with the HR and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Maintain HR databases and documentation.
- Support onboarding, leave tracking, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing HR documents and ensuring compliance with policies.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and organizational skills.Familiar with Google Workspace or MS Office.Eager to learn and take initiative.What We Offer
