Position Title : Product Support Executive – Life Sciences and Nanoscience Products
Location : Delhi NCR
Reporting To : Branch Manager
Role Objective
To drive business growth and customer satisfaction for the Life Sciences and Nanoscience product portfolio by providing technical product support, pre- and post-sales assistance, and achieving defined sales targets in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert sales opportunities for the product portfolio
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide pre-sales consultations, product presentations, and application support
- Conduct customer visits, demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate effectively with internal sales and service teams
- Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities
Qualifications & Experience
M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or BiotechnologyMinimum 3 years of experience in product support or sales of scientific instruments (excluding initial training period)Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsBasic understanding of marketing concepts; knowledge of AI / ML is a plusPassionate about technology with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent coordination and time management skillsAbility to work independently and travel extensively within the regionDesired Attributes
