Role & responsibilities

  • Proficiency in  documentation and record-keeping .
  • Good working knowledge of  MS Excel .
  • Maintain  accurate call logs  related to candidate / resource queries and ensure resolution within the given timeframe.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent  communication  and  interpersonal skills .
  • Prior experience in  handling client queries  via calls or emails.
  • Ability to  resolve candidates complaints  efficiently and professionally.
  • Strong  problem-solving skills  and a sound  understanding of Candidate's needs .
