Role & responsibilities
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping .
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel .
- Maintain accurate call logs related to candidate / resource queries and ensure resolution within the given timeframe.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Prior experience in handling client queries via calls or emails.Ability to resolve candidates complaints efficiently and professionally.Strong problem-solving skills and a sound understanding of Candidate's needs .Benefits
