Job Description : WEBSITE & SEO ANALYST
Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Website & SEO Analyst to manage and optimize our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring website performance, improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic through strategic SEO initiatives. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Website Management :
- Monitor website performance, ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and an optimal user experience.
- Coordinate with developers to fix technical issues and implement website improvements.
- Regularly update and optimize website content to align with SEO best practices.
- SEO Strategy & Execution :
- Conduct keyword research and develop strategies to target high-value search terms.
- Optimize on-page elements such as metadata, headings, images, and internal linking.
- Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting :
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Generate detailed reports on website performance, organic traffic trends, and keyword rankings.
- Provide actionable insights to improve SEO strategies and website performance.
- Content Collaboration :
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Ensure alignment of content with user intent and brand guidelines.
- Technical SEO :
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (broken links, crawl errors, sitemap issues, etc.).
- Optimize website structure, schema markup, and page speed.
- Trendspotting & Updates :
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Identify new opportunities to improve search visibility and user experience.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in website management and SEO.Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
