Job Description

A leading entertainment client of CareerBricks is seeking dynamic, articulate Events Host / Emcee Assistants to support stage hosting, crowd interaction, backstage coordination, and live event execution. This role blends performance, communication, and high-energy presence - ideal for candidates with natural confidence, expressive communication, and interest in events or media.

Your responsibilities include assisting the main emcee during live shows, coordinating with event crew, ensuring speakers / performers are stage-ready, managing audience engagement activities, handling cue sheets, and supporting on-ground activities like branding visibility, client updates, and real-time announcements. You may also host segments for smaller activations, awards, corporate town halls, mall activities, and college festivals.

A presentable, pleasant personality is key, as you will represent the brand on stage and in front of audiences. You must be comfortable interacting with large crowds, working under lights and microphones, and adjusting quickly to last-minute show flow changes. The role may require travel across city locations and occasional outstation assignments for multi-day events.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline

0 -2 years of experience in events, theatre, or hosting preferred

Excellent command over English / Hindi

Comfortable with travel and flexible work hours

Strong stage confidence and interpersonal skills
