Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Instructor located in Kerala, India. The Nursing Instructor will be responsible for developing and implementing nursing curriculum, providing instruction to nursing students, assessing student performance, and maintaining records. Additional tasks include mentoring students, participating in faculty meetings, and staying updated on the latest developments in nursing education and practice. The role requires collaboration with other faculty members to enhance the quality of education provided.

Qualifications

• Curriculum Development and Nursing Education skills
• Knowledge and practice of Nursing and Medicine
• Expertise in Critical Care Medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Experience in a teaching or educational role is a plus
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field
• Current nursing license in India
