Role & Responsibilities :
- Design and execute HR policies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with B2B goals.
- Lead talent acquisition & Workforce Planning.
- Build a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Establish performance management frameworks & KPIs.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulatory norms.
- Optimize HRMS to meet organizational needs.
- Identify organizational gaps and propose scalable HR solutions.
- Represent HR in strategic management discussions.
You should have :
4-8 years of HR leadership experience, preferably with a fast-growing B2B start-upStrong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, C&B, and employee relations.Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills.Experience in entrepreneur-led, fast-growing environments preferred.Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally.We have :
