We're looking for a highly driven Manager / Sr. Manager, Business Development & Client Servicing, to lead our BTL (Below-The-Line) and Experiential marketing efforts. This role is crucial for fostering deep client relationships, securing new business, and ensuring the seamless, innovative delivery of experiential campaigns. You'll be a strategic partner to our clients, leveraging industry insights to craft compelling experiences and drive significant growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Act as the single point of contact for all BTL clients, building and strengthening existing relationships through proactive servicing to ensure organic growth and client satisfaction.
- Project Lifecycle Oversight : Understand the complete project lifecycle for events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are met precisely according to timelines.
- Business Development & Growth : Actively develop new business opportunities and work closely with the VP BTL to achieve ambitious growth targets. This includes identifying potential clients, pitching innovative solutions, and securing new partnerships.
- Strategic Insights : Leverage deep industry knowledge to provide key insights and strategic recommendations that effectively fulfill clients' experiential marketing needs, positioning us as a thought leader.
- Revenue Accountability : Take full accountability for achieving set revenue and business targets, driving the financial success of the BTL and Experiential division.
Required Skills :
Experiential Marketing Expertise : Adept at conceptualizing, strategizing, executing, and coordinating all aspects of events, activations, and other experiential marketing requirements.Brand & Campaign Understanding : Ability to thoroughly understand brand propositions and campaign objectives, then provide tailor-made, innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.Leadership & Project Management : Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to actively handle turnkey projects from inception to completion.Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with other internal departments to ensure smooth project management and seamless execution of campaigns.Industry Trend Integration : Stay continuously plugged into the latest trends in media and technology, possessing a strong ability to weave these emerging elements into experiential campaigns for maximum impact.Skills Required
