Role : Team Lead - Sales (B2B / Enterprise Sales)
Experience : 5 to 12 Years
Location : Hyderabad (Full-time, Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve B2B / Enterprise sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition and account growth
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, solutioning, negotiations, and closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR heads, procurement teams, and other decision-makers
- Mentor, train, and motivate the team to enhance productivity and achieve collective goals
- Monitor pipeline metrics, track performance, and report progress to senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver client success
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
