Key Responsibilities

Team Management : Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet individual and team goals.

Sales Operations : Oversee day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales to meet business targets.

Business Development : Actively contribute to business development initiatives, focusing on client acquisition, client retention, and expanding the company's market share.

Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies, set clear objectives, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Performance Monitoring : Track team performance, provide regular feedback, and offer coaching to improve sales effectiveness and close rates.

Sales Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators, opportunities, and challenges.

Training & Development : Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of your team members.

Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement within the sales team and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Skills & Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills :

  • 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive team performance and meet targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in sales domains such as B2B sales, service sales, or retail sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving both individual and team performance targets.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
