Real-Time Dialer Monitoring & MIS Executive

NIMS University is expanding its operations team! We’re looking for a Real-Time Dialer Monitoring & MIS Executive who can ensure smooth dialer operations, accurate reporting, and real-time performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor dialer performance and agent activities in real time.
• Generate and maintain daily MIS reports on calling productivity, lead status, and system performance.
• Identify downtime or technical issues and raise timely escalations.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless functioning of the dialer.
• Provide data insights to enhance process efficiency and decision-making.
