Location : Mumbai

Experience : 7-18 years

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech Civil

About the Role : We are looking for a

mid to senior-level Product Manager

with strong technical expertise in

construction chemicals

(admixtures, waterproofing, repair products, sealants, flooring solutions, etc.). You will manage the

entire product lifecycle , support

R&D and sales teams , and act as the

primary technical point of contact

for customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.

Collaborate with R&D to develop and optimize products.

Define product roadmaps, launch plans, and pricing strategies.

Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting guidance.

Manage customer relationships and gather feedback to improve products.

Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

Skills & Requirements :

Proven experience in

product management or technical roles

in construction chemicals / building materials.

Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Willingness to travel as required.
