Job Role : Sr. Finance Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Finance Technical Consultant with strong expertise in finance systems, business processes, and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering end-to-end solutions that optimize financial operations and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation, customization, and integration of finance-related systems (ERP / financial modules).
Analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with finance teams to streamline processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting .
Develop functional and technical documentation, workflows, and training material.
Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and recommend process improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and Business Operations) to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Support system upgrades, testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a Finance Technical Consultant.
Strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting principles .
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar).
Experience in system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications.
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex finance & system issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-have)
Knowledge of cloud finance solutions (SAP S / 4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Workday, etc.) .
Experience in automation tools (RPA, workflow automation) .
Exposure to finance analytics, dashboards, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) .
Professional certification (CA, CPA, CFA, or ERP certifications like SAP FI, Oracle Financials) is an advantage.

Required Qualifications Experience : 5+ years in Finance, Accounting, or dedicated Finance Functional Consulting. System Expertise : 3+ years of full-cycle implementation experience with a major ERP Finance module (e.g., SAP FI / CO, Oracle Financials, D365). Financial Acumen : Deep functional knowledge across multiple financial modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.). Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Certification : CPA, CMA, or relevant ERP Functional Certification. Transformation : Experience in large-scale global finance transformation projects. Reporting : Knowledge of financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and accounting standards (GAAP / IFRS).
