Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead high-impact projects and drive innovation through data. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business functions to identify opportunities, design data-driven solutions, and implement machine learning models that influence strategic decisions. You will also mentor junior data scientists and contribute to building scalable data science capabilities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and statistical solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into data science initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Drive experimentation and causal inference through A / B testing, uplift modeling, and other techniques to evaluate product or process changes.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and influence decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of scalable data pipelines and production-ready ML systems in collaboration with data engineering teams.
• Communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, encouraging best practices in coding, modeling, and experimentation.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, tools, and techniques in data science and apply them where applicable.

Required Skills :

Strong foundation in Classical Machine Learning techniques including supervised and unsupervised algorithms, feature engineering, model evaluation, and statistical modeling.

Expertise in Deep Learning with hands-on experience in building and deploying neural networks (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) for NLP, computer vision, and other domains.

Generative AI (Gen AI) proficiency , including experience with LLMs, GANs, VAEs, and prompt engineering for real-world applications.

Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras , and experience with Hugging Face Transformers for LLMs.

Strong knowledge of data pipelines and MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI for model development and deployment.
