Process-First AI Strategy : You will drive the philosophy that Process drives Tech. You will lead teams to identify broken, manual workflows in client environments and design AI architectures that don't just automate them, but eliminate the friction entirely. Build the "AI Factory" : You will move us away from bespoke, one-off projects to industrialized solution delivery. You will build reusable AI assets, accelerators, and frameworks (like document extraction engines or reconciliation agents) that can be deployed rapidly across different client contexts. The "Agentic" Shift : You will lead the transition from simple predictive models to Agentic Workflows. You will build systems where AI agents can plan, reason, and execute complex tasks autonomously to solve intricate business problems. Engineering Rigor & Governance : You will enforce LLMOps / MLOps best practices. You are responsible for ensuring our AI solutions are not black boxes—they must be versioned, monitored, cost-optimized, and explainable. Consultative Engineering : You will partner with business leaders to translate vague "AI ambitions" into concrete, process-centric engineering roadmaps. You will define how we solve, not just what we build. Talent & Culture : You will mentor a high-performance squad of AI Engineers and Data Scientists. AI Portfolio Optimization : Proven experience in managing and optimizing key operational metrics, including maximizing billable AI utilization, resource allocation efficiency, and cost control across the P&L. You are the steward of commercial success, guaranteeing all model deployments are inherently profitable, scalable, and cost-effective. Client Advocacy & Revenue Growth : Skill in cultivating and maintaining trusted client partnerships. Drives strategic engagement that results in repeat business and expanded client portfolios within the region . Contract & Risk Governance : High proficiency in reviewing and managing complex project agreements (SoW), mitigating delivery risks, and navigating commercial negotiations to safeguard BU profitability. Technical Mitigation and Intervention : Expertly manages complex technical emergencies, personally intervening to troubleshoot and eliminate challenging ML or MLOps constraints and resource deficiencies. This ensures the protection of client timelines, technical commitments, and the guaranteed performance of deployed models. Cloud-Native AI Command : Holds deep technical knowledge of modern AI system design (e.G., Generative AI Frameworks, Autonomous Agent Architectures, and Inference Optimization techniques) across major public cloud providers (GCP, AWS). Possesses the authority to personally validate and recalibrate complex architectural roadmaps, guaranteeing they are future-proof and technically feasible Advanced Domain Portfolio : Maintains strong functional mastery and experience across the comprehensive AI ecosystem , including Data Intelligence, Applied AI Engineering, and AI-led Process Transformation , enabling a cohesive and holistic approach to client digital transformation. End-to-End Project Management : Expertly manage all aspects of a project, including scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Accountable for the entire delivery, not just the technical parts. Talent Strategy & Mentorship : Drive the hiring and development of specialized talent. You will be responsible for defining and optimizing effective team structures while proactively fostering an environment that champions creative problem-solving and technical agility. Gen AI Innovation Architect : Actively impact-engineers cutting-edge AI advancements (e.G., Generative AI, Foundation Models, Reinforcement Learning) into actionable architectural roadmaps. Redefining immediate enterprise value through technical innovation and intelligent AI solutions. Deep AI Core Expertise : Possesses deep hands-on expertise across the modern AI stack, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, conversational AI, and automation frameworks , ensuring technical feasibility and excellence across all initiatives. Multi-Cloud MLOps Mastery : Commands production systems and architectural integration across all hyperscalers : AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure (OpenAI, Cognitive Services), and GCP (Vertex AI) . You are skilled in deployment pipelines, monitoring, evaluation, and responsible scaling for enterprise-grade performance. Technical Integrity & Ethical Governance : Establishes and audits mandatory technical quality benchmarks, ensuring strict adherence to rigorous policies regarding model validation, automated testing coverage, and ethical governance . Possesses 12+ years of comprehensive experience in AI, Machine Learning, or solutions architecture, specifically within complex, enterprise-level environments. Leadership Track Record : Proven success in formal technical leadership roles , including hands-on experience managing and mentoring technical architecture teams. Client-Facing Lead : Demonstrated hands-on experience as an AI / ML Product Lead, Data Science Manager, or Technical Architect in client-facing capacities. This involves directly building, implementing, and advising on complex AI solutions, consistently acting as the trusted technical authority for strategic clients. Delivery & Advisory Record : Strong, verifiable record of successful c lient-facing delivery and providing high-level technical advisory leadership, ensuring solutions transition from concept to measurable business impact. Applied AI & Domain Expertise : Hands-On AI Deployment : Extensive hands-on experience deploying AI-powered workflows, copilots, and automation solutions in production environments.
