Job Description :

We are looking for a proactive HR IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring with a focus on contract staffing. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for IT requirements.

Requirements :

6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (contract hiring preferred).

Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
