Python Lead Developer

Job Description

• Determine & manage the technical infrastructure / frameworks to deliver robust, secure  & reliable web applications & web services
• Defining project scope, tasks, deliverable, dependencies, resources and timeline
• Leading a team of Web Developers & providing guidance on technical issues
• Designing & developing front-end and back end web architecture, creating user interactions on web pages, developing web APIs and developing and configuring servers and databases.
• Ensures project documentations and reports are complete, current & stored appropriately
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments
• To take care of all current & future python projects

Requirements

B.Tech / MCA

Around 5 to 12 years of experience in Web Development in Python / Django using MongoDB

Experience in Manufacturing related projects (added advantage)

Experience in Team Management of atleast 2 junior Developers is mandatory.

Experience in coordinating with clients on the status of projects.

Experience in Project Management added advantage.

Experience in HTML / CSS / JS / ReactJS / Elastic Search / Logstrash / Kibana added advantage.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Python 3.x, Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Deep understanding of RESTful API design and microservices. Database management : PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with ORMs (Django ORM / SQLAlchemy). Proficiency in Git, Docker, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP).
