Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to own and grow our SaaS product portfolio. You will play a key role in defining product vision, driving roadmap execution, and ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable value to customers. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and customer empathy to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to deliver high-quality product releases.

Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Prioritize features and enhancements by balancing customer impact, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Monitor product performance through KPIs, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.

Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring usability and satisfaction are at the core of product decisions.

Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning.

Stay up to date on SaaS trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS or technology-driven products.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription metrics, and customer lifecycle.

Proven success in driving product adoption and delivering measurable results.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum with roadmap ownership and sprint planning.

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
