Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Material Ledger , COPA , and integration with SAP FI . The ideal candidate will have experience across at least three full lifecycle implementations , excellent functional knowledge, and the ability to work independently during overlapping hours with global teams. Must have at least 3+ full lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end implementations and enhancements in SAP Controlling (CO) and Financial Accounting (FI) modules.

Configure and support SAP CO functionalities, including :

Material Ledger – Must have

COPA (Profitability Analysis) – Must have

Transfer Pricing – Good to have

Integrate and support SAP FI functionalities, including :

General Ledger Accounting – Must have

MM-Logistics Account Assignment – Must have

FI Workflow – Good to have

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) to ensure smooth financial postings and reporting.

Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.

Participate in requirement gathering, blueprinting, and design workshops with business stakeholders.

Create functional specifications for RICEFW objects and support technical team during development and testing.

Document all configurations, test cases, and user guides

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CO / FI modules .

Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations .

Strong configuration knowledge of Material Ledger , COPA , and General Ledger Accounting .

Experience with MM logistics account assignment .

Good understanding of Transfer Pricing and FI Workflow .

Strong integration knowledge across FI-CO-MM .

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a global delivery model and during 4 PM to 1 AM IST shift.

Nice to Have

S / 4HANA exposure

Experience in data migration tools (LSMW, BAPIs, etc.)

Knowledge of localization and tax procedures (e.g., India GST, EU VAT)

Education & Certification

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

SAP CO or FI Certification is a plus
