Job descriptionLead and coordinate teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Monitor progress against timelines and milestones. Implement activities, ensuring compliance with plans and objectives. Represent TEACH in forums and network events. Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet goals. Work with the HR and COE department to recruit, train, and manage teachers and staff. Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment for implementation. Establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track performance. Co-operate and adhere to audits conducted by COE or any other Authority. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to measure outcomes. Use evaluation data to make informed decisions and improve effectiveness. Monitor program expenditures and ensure adherence to the approved budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Cultivate and maintain relationships with program stakeholders, including donors, partner organizations, and community members. Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders in a transparent manner. Prepare regular reports on status, including operational, and impact metrics. Submit timely and accurate reports to donors and other relevant parties. Identify training needs for staff and facilitate capacity-building initiatives. Foster a learning environment within the team. Master's degree (e.g. : MBA, Project Management) Proven experience in project management within the educational sector. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management. Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation processes. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Commitment to the mission and values of the organisation.
