Job descriptionCoordinate and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects ensuring timely and within budget delivery
- Develop project scopes and objectives with all stakeholders
- Ensure resource availability, allocation, and a detailed project plan
- Measure project performance through appropriate tools
- Report to management and manage client relationships
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or relevant role
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and / or change management
- Proficiency in project management software
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
