International / Export Sales Executive

Responsibilities :

They offer a wide range of products, including fence fittings, scaffolding systems, Formwork accessories, and more. Being a certified organization, quality is paramount to everything they do.

• Lead Generation :
• Proactively research and identify potential customers in assigned territories (USA & Europe).
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns through email marketing, cold calling, and other methods.
• Qualify leads through initial inquiries to assess their needs and suitability.
• Sales & Order Management :
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers by presenting product offerings and negotiating deals.
• Prepare accurate and competitive pricing quotes for customers.
• Process and manage international sales orders, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relationship Building :
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with international customers through clear communication and prompt response to inquiries.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform future sales strategies.
• Product & Market Knowledge :
• Maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio, features, and benefits.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulations in USA & European construction industries.

Qualifications :

Education

Bachelor of Business Management (BBM), Bachelor of Arts (B.A)
