Job description

Hands-on experience with Cloud HCM technologies including Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI / OTBI Reports, HCM Data Loaders, HCM Spreadsheet Loader

Experience in working on onshore-offshore model is preferred.

Technical Experience in building Reports and Interfaces across modules - Global HR, Payroll , Benefits ,Compensation and Talent Management

Excellent Communication skills, to be able to work independently

Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex technical issues / problems

Cloud HCM certification is preferred.
