Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Karnataka region.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, industrial clients, and contractors.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with PPC, Production, and Dispatch teams for order execution.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
- Ensure on-time payment collection and maintain strong client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills :
Education : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical or Industrial EngineeringExperience : 3–5 years in industrial / manufacturing / fabrication salesSkills Required :Good technical understanding of sheet metal or engineering productsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and target-orientedWillingness to travel extensively within KarnatakaCompensation :
