Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the entire business development for Retail Channel – Wealth Counters, Private Banking Channel, IFAs, and National Distributors within the region.
- Build, develop, and enhance long-term relationships across all retail channel partners.
- Set up and manage the network of all channels in the assigned region.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve planned growth objectives for retail channels.
- Design and execute retail strategy and tactical business plans considering market opportunities, competitor activities, existing capabilities, and risk appetite.
- Ensure industry-leading mobilization across all company schemes.
- Take full accountability for sales performance and revenue targets in assigned channels.
- Strengthen and communicate a strong, vibrant brand presence in the marketplace.
- Drive consistent increase in market share across retail channel business.
- Liaise with distributors, banks, and institutions to promote and sell specific schemes as directed by the Business Head.
