B. JOB SUMMARY :
The Store Sales Ambassador will represent the company as its brand ambassador at the store, will be responsible for
delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting clients to select products, providing product knowledge, and
driving sales to meet store targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the
ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
C. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Sales & Customer Service :
▪ Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance.
▪ Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
▪ Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
▪ Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
▪ Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Product Knowledge & Merchandising :
▪ Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions.
▪ Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
▪ Ensure shelves are stocked, and products are correctly labeled.
Store Operations :
▪ Process transactions and fulfil orders accurately using the POS and order fulfilment system.
▪ Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
▪ Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.
Teamwork & Compliance :
▪ Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
▪ Follow company policies, procedures, and dress code.
▪ Participate in training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
▪ Represent the company in the local market, identifying new opportunities to increase customer footfall, attract
new customers and build a loyal relationship with the brand.
▪ In partnership with other functions, support CRM initiatives and events, securing Client loyalty and increasing
Client spending.
▪ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards, Security and Loss Prevention
compliance.
▪ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth and
maintain a competitive edge.
D. SKILLS :
▪ Excellent customer service skills, positive and friendly attitude with a focus on building and maintaining customer
relationships.
▪ In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
▪ Proficient in inventory management and visual merchandising.
▪ Good understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
E. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
▪ Bachelor's degree (degree in Retail or Business Administration preferred).
▪ Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
▪ Jewellery store experience or Luxury Brand experience is a plus.
▪ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
▪ Proven track record in sales generation to achieve sales goals.
▪ Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and
penetration in market.
▪ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM and Point of Sales (POS) system.
F. LANGUAGE SKILLS :
▪ Proficiency in English and Hindi.
▪ Fluency in the regional language is preferred.
