▷ (Immediate Start) General Manager Finance

Job Description :

• Responsible for financial accounting, budgeting, MIS, statutory compliances and treasury, Accounts receivables and payables for all Group entities.
• Will ensure complying with all the accounting policies, timely MIS and statutory payments and filings.
• Maintaining the books of accounts, regularly publishing the financial statements and Management Reports for all group companies.
• Reporting the cash flows and ensuring the adequacy of funds with each entity from time to time.
• Setting up the internal controls and table of authority with the help of the Group CFO and ensuring the compliance.
• Preparing Business Plans and annual budgets, ensure the budgetary controls and report the actual performance and variances on a monthly basis.
• Finalisation of books of accounts for all entities and timely completion of audits and filings.
• Maintaining the financial accounts of the trusts and other entities and ensuring all the compliances for the same.
