Job description

We are looking for a data-driven and highly communicative Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our product team and our data, using your expertise to provide actionable insights that directly influence product strategy and feature development. You will be responsible for defining, tracking, and communicating key metrics, helping us make smarter decisions that improve our products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop Data Strategy : Develop and execute a data strategy that aligns with our product development roadmap and overarching business objectives.
Drive Data-Driven Culture : Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and marketing.
Oversee Data Analysis : Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of product data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Reporting & Visualization : Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support critical product decisions.
Integrate Data Sources : Identify and integrate new data sources and technologies to innovate and optimize our product analytics capabilities.
Define KPIs : Define and track product-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure performance and inform future strategy.
Strategic Recommendations : Provide clear insights and data-backed recommendations to support strategic product initiatives and enhancements.

Required Qualifications :

SQL Proficiency : Strong proficiency in SQL is a must, with a proven ability to write complex and efficient queries. Experience with advanced concepts such as window functions is highly valued.

Communication & Collaboration : You must be comfortable and skilled at expressing your ideas to a larger audience. We require excellent communication and presentation skills, as you will interact with multiple stakeholders across various international locations.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.

Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with business intelligence (BI) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Experience in a product-focused environment or working with product teams.

Familiarity with A / B testing and statistical analysis.
