Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels like cold calls, email outreach, and social media.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and customer trends.
- Client Interaction : Assist in initial client communication, presenting the company's offerings, and setting up meetings for senior sales teams.
- Sales Support : Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Database Management : Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Product Knowledge : Learn about the company's products / services and understand the target market to effectively pitch solutions.
- Follow-up : Follow up with leads and prospects, keeping them engaged and nurturing relationships for future business.
- Reporting : Track and report daily / weekly / monthly activities, outcomes, and progress towards targets.
- Assist in Negotiations : Support senior business development executives in negotiation processes and closing deals.
- Learning & Development : Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and business development skills.
- Qualifications :
- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience : Freshers or 0-1 year of experience in business development or sales roles.
