Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Develop, write, and edit proposals, ensuring clarity, structure, and alignment requirements
• Work closely with internal teams to gather information, understand client needs, and tailor proposals to specific opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including proposal strategy, content development, formatting, and submission
• Research and analyze client requirements and ensure the proposal addresses all specifications and expectations
• Create and maintain proposal templates, ensuring consistency in messaging and formatting
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy in content
• Review, revise, and edit existing proposals to enhance quality and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Track and manage deadlines, ensuring timely completion of proposals and related documents
• Assist in preparing presentations, executive summaries, and supporting documentation as needed
