Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Prompt Trainer located in Noida. The Prompt Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions, creating training materials, sourcing and curating relevant content, and providing feedback to improve training effectiveness. They will also be expected to stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training programs to ensure relevance and engagement.

• Experience in designing and delivering training sessions
• Skills in sourcing and curating content
• Ability to provide constructive feedback
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Capacity to stay updated with industry trends

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field
• Experience in e-learning or a similar role is a plus
