Job Description - Accounts Payable Associate

Responsibilities

Process invoices, payments, and travel expense reconciliations accurately and on time.

Ensure compliance with company policies, local tax regulations, and risk control guidelines.

Support month-end activities including journal entries and uploads.

Review travel and expense receipts for compliance.

Resolve vendor invoice and employee expense issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records and assist with audit requirements.

Deliver services within agreed SLAs and contribute to process improvements.

Key Relationships

Internal :   AP team, employees, service desk, and other finance teams (RTR, FP&A, AR, Treasury).

External :   Vendors, contractors, and banks.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field.

1+ year experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills (verbal & written).

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
