Job descriptionDesign static ads, website banners, product posters, and carousel posts Create brand-focused social media graphics Design landing page assets & product showcase creatives Maintain brand guidelines across all creative assets Suggest new ideas, hooks, and concepts for performance creatives Analyze creative performance and optimize based on insights Stay updated with trends in D2C, advertising, and visual design Coordinate with performance marketers, content writers & influencer team Provide quick revisions and meet deadlines Handle multiple brand projects simultaneously Proficiency in Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Color Grading Must have working experience of Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro) Ability to create dynamic and engaging Motion Graphics Strong competency in Graphic Design for branding and visual presentations Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong visual storytelling ability Experience with professional video editing and graphic design software Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment Prior experience in a similar role or in the marketing / design industry is a plus

Role Description
We are looking for an innovative Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can create high-quality ad creatives, UGC edits, reels, product videos, banners, and graphics for D2C brands.
Your work will directly impact ROAS, engagement, brand visibility, and scaling results for our clients.
🎬 Video Editing
- Edit ad creatives for Meta & Google (reels, UGC, hooks, product demos)
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts
- Add transitions, overlays, typography, animations, and sound effects
- Work with performance marketers to create data-backed high-performing ads
- Improve video storytelling & structure for higher engagement
