🚀 We’re Hiring : Business Operator (Core Team) — Spare Space

Spare Space is building India’s go-to platform for short-term, hourly rentals of creative spaces — photo studios, airbnbs, rooftops, cafes, unique venues, and more.

We’re looking for a Business Operator to join our first / core team — someone who can help build the marketplace from zero by bringing in amazing hosts, delighting guests, and driving our earliest traction.

This is not a typical desk job .

You’ll work directly with the founder , solve real problems daily, manage bookings manually, and create memorable experiences for our first 1,000 users.🔥

What You’ll Own 🛠️

• Onboarding new hosts & growing our supply
• Helping guests find the perfect shoot / event space
• Coordinating bookings end-to-end
• Handling on-ground issues and making things happen
• Managing customer support across WhatsApp, calls & IG
• Building strong relationships with both hosts & guests
• Being the face of Spare Space for early users
