Role Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Head to lead and scale our B2B2C sales operations nationally and internationally. This role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving strategic partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth through digital wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team with clear performance targets.
• Build strategic partnerships with wellness centers, corporates, and healthcare providers.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategy refinement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align business objectives.
• Represent Ayur.AI in industry forums and events to enhance brand visibility.
