Job descriptionOversee end-to-end operations of the center ensuring efficiency, productivity, and service excellence. Establish, monitor, and improve SOPs to maintain high operational standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including operations, sales, support, and administration. Drive a performance-oriented culture with clear KPIs and accountability. Build capability through training, coaching, and succession planning. Ensure superior customer experience and service quality. Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders. Act as the face of the center for both internal and external engagements. Identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and service enhancements. Translate organizational strategy into actionable plans for the center. Strong business acumen with proven P&L management experience. Excellent leadership, people management, and motivational skills. Strong operational expertise with the ability to streamline processes. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or any science background. 8–12 years of relevant experience in operations / business management with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing teams and owning P&L responsibility. Experience in Education / Training industry would be an advantage. Achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Operational efficiency and process adherence. Employee engagement and retention. Customer satisfaction (NPS / feedback scores). Business growth and market share improvement.
The client is in the Healthcare Education industry and is looking to hire a Center Head for their upcoming center at Pune.
Role :
The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entire center while driving business performance, service excellence, and profitability. This role carries full ownership of the center’s P&L , ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustainable operations. The Center Head will lead, motivate, and develop teams while ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, and business objectives are consistently met.

- Own the center’s P&L and deliver revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase business volumes and improve margins.
