Role Overview

We’re looking for an Operations Executive to ensure smooth project execution, logistics, and vendor coordination across Visual Dough’s experiential and tech-driven activations.

You’ll play a crucial role in supporting on-ground events, installations, and projects — ensuring everything runs seamlessly from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and procurement for ongoing projects and activations.
• Assist in setup, testing, and troubleshooting during events and technology-based installations.
• Maintain and update records, invoices, and operational trackers for internal reporting.
• Provide on-site support during live events to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Tech, Production) to align project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery, resource allocation, and quality control for each activation.
