Key Responsibilities Drive new customer acquisition in the Lucknow & Uttar Pradesh enterprise market for CtrlS Connectivity (network, datacenter, cloud & managed services).
Build and manage a strong enterprise account pipeline across BFSI, Government, IT / ITES, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and other large industries.
Understand customer IT infrastructure, cloud adoption roadmap, and propose suitable CtrlS solutions.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting, pitch, solutioning with pre-sales, commercial negotiation, contract closure.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue, and profitability goals .
Develop deep relationships with CXOs, CIOs, IT heads, and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and provide insights to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience : 5–10 years in enterprise / B2B sales (preferably IT Infra, Datacenter, Connectivity, Cloud, Telecom, or Managed Services).
Proven track record of achieving enterprise sales targets in Uttar Pradesh / North India.
Strong CXO-level connect and ability to open doors with large enterprises.
Good understanding of datacenter, cloud, networking, managed services, and IT infra ecosystem .
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills .
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with travel across the region.
