Job descriptionStrong proficiency in React.js , Redux (or Context API), Hooks, and component lifecycle. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript (optional but preferred). Experience with responsive design , CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, Material UI). Knowledge of Next.js or SSR (Server-Side Rendering) is a plus. Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js frameworks. Experience building RESTful APIs and working with authentication (JWT, OAuth, Passport.js) . Familiarity with microservices architecture or serverless (AWS Lambda) is a plus. Strong experience with MongoDB and Mongoose ORM. Understanding of database design, indexing, and aggregation pipelines. Hands-on experience with Git , CI / CD pipelines , Docker , or AWS / Azure / Google Cloud deployments. Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress). Knowledge of API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or MERN Stack Developer. Proven track record of developing and deploying production-grade web applications. Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best coding practices . Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail and focus on writing clean, maintainable code . Passion for innovation and continuous learning. Experience with GraphQL , TypeScript , or Next.js . Familiarity with containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) . Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies . Understanding of security best practices (OWASP, data protection, encryption). 100% Remote : Work from anywhere, five days a week on an 8-hour night shift schedule. Role Description
We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer who is passionate about designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB , along with a deep understanding of RESTful API design, front-end performance, and modern development practices.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to build robust, user-centric applications that deliver seamless user experiences.
Role Responsibilies
- Design and develop end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
- Build, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and maintainable backend APIs .
- Develop responsive, high-performing front-end interfaces with React.js.
- Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, and external services.
- Maintain and improve existing applications to enhance speed, performance, and scalability.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices (ES6+, modular architecture, etc.).
- Collaborate with UI / UX designers and product managers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage version control, branching, and deployment workflows using Git / GitHub or GitLab.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility .
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends in full-stack development.
