This role is best suited for professionals with 5–10 years of experience in retail management who thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused, and data-driven environment.

Retail Operations Management

• Oversee daily retail operations to ensure high operational efficiency, adherence to SOPs, and consistent customer service standards.
• Manage store performance, stock levels, inventory accuracy, replenishment cycles, and shrinkage control.
• Implement and improve retail processes that enhance productivity, reduce operational gaps, and strengthen the overall customer journey.
• Lead and mentor store teams, ensuring effective scheduling, training, and performance management.
