What you will do

As a Director in the Customer & Operations (C&O) Advisory practice, you will lead strategic transformation engagements across industries, helping clients unlock growth, optimize operations, and drive data-backed decision-making. You will be a trusted advisor to CXOs, shaping enterprise-wide strategies and delivering measurable impact. The practice plays a pivotal role in implementing solutions, working with CXO's and anchoring their overall business agenda.

To drive growth strategy and transformation, revenue enhancement, operating model design, and business planning.

Client management and engagement delivery

• Build and sustain CXO-level relationships across Automobile sector and diversified sectors.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs focused on customer excellence, GTM / RTM strategy, and enterprise sales.
• Deliver high-impact solutions leveraging core consulting skills and functional expertise in sales & marketing .
