About the Role :
We are looking for energetic and ambitious
MBA freshers
who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and business development. This role offers hands-on experience in building client relationships, understanding business needs, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and approach potential clients across assigned markets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
Present company products / services and tailor pitches based on client needs.
Support senior sales team members in lead generation and deal closure.
Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress regularly.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements :
MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management) – 2023 / 2024 graduates preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of enthusiasm, confidence, and result orientation.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
Based in or willing to relocate to
Mumbai .
