Job Role - Customer Account Management : Mapping client's requirements such as new space requirement, lease renewals, expansion or other plans accurately - Sales Goals Management : Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - MIS : Submit sales reports as per the requirement and maintain an MIS on accounts handled. - Proposal Management Process : Execute and manage the proposal development process - Data Base Management : Responsible for the accuracy of data base under areas of influence. - Market Research & Event Participation : Conduct market research, retail expansion surveys, and competitor analysis. Represent the company at various business forums and / or business meetings to promote the company. Formulate thoughtful analyses of client properties, including broker opinion of value (BOV), market comparables, and research - New Business Management : Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective liaising with other related businesses and colleagues. - Lead Management : responsible for establishing contact on all inbound leads received for the region. - Channel Partner Management : Build and maintain strong channel partner, broker, and IPC networks.
Qualifications & Experience Masters degree in business administration with 8 to 10 years of experience in domain. Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High levels of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy. Ability to conduct property market analysis.
